Located about 30 minutes east of Rochester, NY in the town of Le Roy is the Jello Museum. Jello was invented here in 1891 and manufactured here until 1964 when production was moved to Dover, Delaware.
Open from April 1 through December 31 the museum documents the history of Jello and contains a wide variety of items including original advertising, molds, spoons, toys, recipe books, and a wide variety of other memorabilia.
In addition, there is a small collection of antique carriages and bicycles in the basement which I found interesting although it is not clear as to its presence.
If you are traveling in western New York in the vicinity of Rochester, Buffalo, or Niagara Falls and have time this is an interesting little museum that will certainly bring back memories. Enjoy!
